EBI Building Inspections Ltd. is one of the leading home inspection companies in the Vancouver area. Our office is based in West Vancouver and we carry out inspections throughout most of the Lower Mainland. Matt Foxall P.Eng., the owner of EBI started the company in 1998.
Matt is a structural engineer who graduated from Engineering at the University
of British Columbia in 1982. Matt spent the first ten years of his career designing
commercial and industrial buildings in the Lower Mainland. In 1992, Matt took a new
direction in his career and joined the most established home inspection company in
the Vancouver area at the time. After five years of extensive training and hands
on experience, Matt left the company and started up his own private practice
in the home inspection business.
Since 1992 Matt has inspected over 8,000 homes and condominiums in the Lower Mainland.
Through his advanced education, ongoing training and extensive hands-on experience,
Matt will carry out a very accurate and detailed inspection. At the end of each inspection
he will provide a verbal report detailing his findings and answer any questions.
A typewritten report is emailed to the client during the same working day. When you
contact EBI, you will be deal directly with Matt. He will answer your phone call
or email and you will have your questions or concerns dealt with immediately by him,
